At Sold.com, he spearheaded the launch of a cutting-edge application in just six months. He also led RPR to a successful exit with the National Association of REALTORS®. Ohan’s unbiased approach, creative problem-solving, and strong industry connections drive okood’s mission to deliver modern, effective solutions for its clients.

He holds a BS in International Business from Temple University and an MBA in Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University.

Rafi Ghazarian

Co-Founder & CTO

Rafi is a visionary technologist with 25 years of experience transforming bold ideas into innovative solutions across diverse industries. As co-founder of Private Access, he developed a groundbreaking privacy-enabled semantic search engine, earning recognition from Forbes in 2009 as one of the top 10 most promising tech startups.

With a degree in Information and Computer Science from UC Irvine, Rafi combines deep technical expertise with a creative approach to building scalable, forward-thinking technology at okood.
